Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice (during business hours) to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, will be charged a no-show fee: $75 for new patients and $50 for established patients. This fee is not covered by insurance and is the patient’s responsibility.
